Since 2002, SHREE HARI SPONGE PVT LTD has been dedicated to delivering high-quality steel products through innovative processes and advanced technologies. Our operations began with a 1x100 TPD sponge iron plant in Bonai, Odisha, and have since expanded to a 2x100 TPD capacity. We are currently engaged in manufacturing sponge iron with an annual capacity of 60,000 TPA and have already commenced a forward integration project to further enhance our production capabilities.
Expansion Plans
Currently, SHREE HARI SPONGE PVT LTD manufactures sponge iron with an annual capacity of 60,000 TPA at our facility in Kendrikela, Sundargarh, Odisha. We have already commenced our forward integration project aimed at significantly enhancing our sustainability & production capabilities. This expansion includes:
- Installation of a DRI Kiln (2x350 TPD)
- Construction of an 26 MW Power Plant
- Addition of 3*15 MT Induction Furnaces
- Establishment of a 400 TPD Rolling Mill
- Production of 30 million fly ash bricks annually
These developments are set to bolster our manufacturing efficiency and product range, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the steel industry.
